Our primary policy is to ensure easy access and accommodation services for customers with special needs. Therefore:

  • We provide accurate and clear information about the accessibility level of our facility through our website, reservation platforms, reception, and brochures provided by tour operators.
  • Braille buttons are not available on signs or boards,
  • Braille buttons are available on devices such as elevators and remote controls,
  • Braille buttons are available on signs, boards, elevators, and remote controls; however, there are no audible notifications in elevators. Emergency phones are provided in rooms, and necessary arrangements such as ramps at facility entrances, general toilets, and bedrooms are made to ensure accommodation services for all customers in the special needs group.
